Why are invoiced and team configuration hidden behind a small button that has a completely irrelevant icon on it?

I would expect that when I select a team that I own I would see a button with a cog icon for configuring that team and a button with a dollar icon for accessing the billing.

The current version is very NOT intuitive and HARD to find.

Is there a logic reason for why is it so hidden and hard to find??
