I’ve been waiting interactive component access member for 4 days. A person or a team who can handle my issue, could you give me access for interactive component as soon as possible please.

Hi @darren @dvaliao ,

I have just registered to access interactive components, please add me.

Many thanks.

Hey @Mike_Cassie,

It should be available within a few minutes after being added. If you still don’t see the interactive components option in the prototype tab after logging out, refreshing, and logging back in. Please try clearing your cache, and let us know if you’re still having issues.

Thanks @dvaliao but still nothing showing up. In addition to the items you mention, I’ve also tried accessing Figma on a browser I’ve never used for Figma before. I still only have access to standard interactions on components and cannot see any other UI (as per the help article) in the Prototype tab.

Hello! I registered today but I hadn’t received any email. Please, can you help me?

Thanks!

Hello team ! I registered yesterday but i hadn’t received any email. Please, can you help me too ? Thanks !

Hi,

I am an UX/UI student and working on the final project on Figma.

My figma: [redacted]

The deadline of the project is next week and I am quite urge for it…

Would you please, if you could grant my access in advance?

Really appreciate for that.

Happy Day!

Thanks!

Best Regards,

Kurt

That’s super odd. Have you tried clearing your desktop app’s cache?

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app

  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/”{Desktop,DesktopProfile}

  3. Try opening the desktop app again

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on Windows:

  1. Close the Figma desktop app

  2. Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter: %APPDATA%\Figma

  3. In the window that opens, delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist

  4. Launch the desktop app again

I’d also recommend uninstalling & reinstalling the desktop app to see if that makes a difference at all.

@Anas_Rafaat, @anthony9, @Kurt_Cheung You should all have access now. Make sure to read the help article linked above. You may have to refresh or restart Figma to see the feature. Cheers! 🙂

@Josh

Hello team! I have requested the access a few days ago, but still haven’t received any confirmation email yet.

Could you please kindly grant my access in advance? Since I am having a presentation for the demo in a few days time.

Much appreciate for your help.

Figma is a great tool, thank you so much.

Regards,

Alan

I sent a request a couple of days ago, can I get access?

Hey @Chinedu,

You still have access to the beta. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you logged out, refreshed, and logged back in? Is it the same issue both in browser and using the desktop app?

Hey @Ngo_Nam_Chau @Egor_Halviet @alan_lee @com1arr0w,

I just checked your accounts, and you should all already have access now. Please review this help article to ensure it’s turned on for your file.

Hi, I would like to access the Interactive Components Beta please.

Thanks for the update. However, I can’t turn the new feature on because there was no option to choose in the Prototype area. I still can use the new feature on the project “Figma Interactive Components Playground (Beta)” but can’t turn it on in my own project.

I have reinstalled the app, restarted computer, cleared cache but nothing change. Please have a look on this issue. Thanks!!!

Hey @Ngo_Nam_Chau,

I’ve confirmed that you have access to the beta. Are you sure you’re logging in with the correct email address that you used when signing up for the beta? Have you also already created components within your file to prompt “Enable interactive components” to appear under the Prototype tab?

Yeah I have logged in by the correct email. This is after I click on “Show prototype settings” and you can see there is no option to turn the new feature on.

Please help me. I have requested the beta with email: [redacted] since 5 days ago. I really really need this feature to work on my project. Can you please help me… :(((

Thank you so much. Thank you

Hi there, I have asked to access the interactive component twice and haven’t received a confirmation mail. I have mailed support as well but I keep getting an unhelpful automated reply. Please can you activate it on my account?

@Ninh I went ahead and gave you access. As a reminder this is a beta and not necessarily recommended for production work, as there are still some bugs we’re working through.

Also edited your post to remove your email. Please remember not to share personal information as this is a public forum. 🙂

@Cindy3 you should have access now. Make sure to refresh/restart Figma and check the help article linked above on how to turn it on for your file. Cheers!
