Our company integrated Figma with Okta via SSO.

Before integration with Okta users changed names according to some rules - they added some additional info to their “display name”.

Now we need to change it by using just 1st and 2nd names.

I can’t do it with users who had an account before our integration with Okta. I tried to change few mappings rules, “Force sync” from Okta to Figma, and deactivate and activate the user. Name without changes.

With accounts that were created after integration, this issue does not exist.

It seems as new accounts for new users were created based on SSO system, but old accounts still have some local variables which Okta can’t change.

Please help to solve it.
