I have been struggling for 30 mins to add images (JPG) into Figma. I tried the classic CTRL C CTRL V, the add image function and, in an act of despair, dragging the files onto the canvas. The functionality only worked when I opened Figma in incognito. Have checked online and this seems to be an issue since 2018. Please, please, please fix it. Please and thanks.

If it only works in incognito, perhaps one of the extensions is blocking this functionality somehow.
