If you want to do it in several Frames, you should use After Delay.
I attach the Figma link and a screenshot of how I have done it.

Thanks Alberto. I want to incorporate it into a flow that is comprised of 7 frames. If I understand correctly what you are suggesting. I wIll need 30 frames to show a count of 30 seconds.
