Ability to ignore underlying frames/autolayout when moving component?

I stumble over and over cases where I need to position a component on top of an existing layout, and when dragging it with mouse it keeps snapping into the layout’s frame and as they’re often auto-layouted, messing everything up. So now I just paste component at top level and have to resort to moving it with arrow keys into desired position to avoid this snapping into underlying frames.

Is there some key modifier to move a component across a design without it snapping into existing frames, ut keeping its layer position?
