I’m planning to purchase Pro licenses with annual seats for my team project.
From other posts, I’ve understood that if I unassign two Pro seats and then assign two different people, there is no additional cost.
However, I’m having difficulty understanding the exact criteria for the number of users.
For example, if I purchase 7 Pro seats, and on May 10th, I add 2 more people to the Pro seats, then on May 30th, I remove those 2 people, the final number of users in May is 7.
But for 20 days, there were 9 users.
How would the cost be calculated for the following month?
When testing with a monthly subscription, I initially set 15 people as Pro users by mistake but then immediately reduced it to 3 on the same day.
I was charged for 3 users in the following month.
Could you please clarify the exact criteria for calculating the monthly user count?
