I have an existing account using my company email with the R&D department at work. I need to create my own account in my marketing organization so we can separate the billing and admin responsibilities, but FIGMA won’t let me “add account”. I end up in an endless loop of loggin gin to create a new account only to be directed to my existing account. I don’t want to delete my existing until I have the new account to migrate all of my files to. FIGMA support has been useless, sending me irrelevant articles that do not address my issues, and finding a phone number to cal a human is a UX case study in what not to do … help.
