Need Help: Accidental Seat Addition & No Response from Support

Hi everyone, I accidentally added an extra editor seat to my Figma team and removed it right after. However, I noticed that Figma is still set to charge me for it in the next billing cycle. I only used the seat once for a minor text edit before realizing my mistake.

I contacted Figma Support three days ago, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue before? Is there another way to reach them faster? I’d really appreciate any advice!

So sorry our support team hasn't gotten back to you as quickly as you'd hoped.
I have reviewed our system but am unable to locate a support ticket linked to your account. If you are still awaiting a response, please send me the email address of the Figma account you used to create the ticket via private message. This will allow us to directly communicate your urgency to our support team.


The best way for us to assist you with this type of billing issue is through a support request. Unfortunately, we are unable to address specific billing matters here in the forum due to security and privacy concerns.
