Figma increased our bill by 10 without explanation - no response from customer service since a week. Our environment has been locked since this morning

We do not understand why our monthly bill for the month of July amounts to $2314 when the previous months were around €200 for the same number of seats. The payment is currently on hold pending explanations. We have contacted Figma’s customer service but have not received any response so far.

This morning, we discovered that our environment is locked. Please respond as soon as possible.

Why we can’t speak to a human ?
