Recently, I used ‘Make Design’ as part of the AI beta, but it’s gone from the menu. Are others experiencing the same issue?

my other coworkers experienced other AI features that disappeared (like translation, removing background)
Why doesn’t it show me “Make a Design” for AI on my Figma? My region is Uzbekistan

I can no longer use (make design) no longer available how can I get it back?
As I wrote in post above, it is removed from Figma for everyone.
