I’ve updated Figma and the share display has changed from showing the normal screen to placing the design within a TV screen.
I have no idea why there is a TV screen showing when the Frame is a desktop.
Any ideas how to change it back to default or something?

I had no idea it was default to TV and the Desktop (device) is missing in the Device. In my version of Figma that is and I just made a custom device for Desktop.
