Features to extend the current 06/23 overlay feature.
Manual Coordinates - X and Y fields would allow the designer to precisely determine where an overlay is displayed
Parent - Designer could choose an object or layer that would serve as a parent container. This would allow the overlay to display within a container, which could be clipped/masked.
Additionally, similar to how manual displays a ghosted image of the overlay, extend this feature to the other placement methods
