Is it possible to add the option which allows users to drag and drop (frames and layers) in layers panel in an orderly manner ?
As you create these frames and layers in a random order, and then you want to be more organized, it becomes time consuming that you have to keep selecting each item and then select the only two options.
The only two options which are available are to use the (Bring to front and Send to back) after you right click a frame or layer.
I am not sure if this feature has been requested before in the past.

You can move selected layers in the layers panel either by dragging the mouse or using the menu (Main menu › Object), or using a keyboard shortcut. Read more in the Help Center article:
