Just can’t figure out why the layers panel icons are so ugly 😦
is there any way to change them by hands or probably some plugin already exists?

No, you can’t change them. Plugins can’t affect them either. Is there anything specific that you don’t like about them or is it just a personal preference?

They are confusing and unintuitive. There should at least be somewhere that you can lookup what all the layer panel icons mean.
This help article has most of the Layer icons but is missing the ones for auto-layout.
