Unable to access all existing files on figma

Hey @Mona_Talati, sorry to hear this is happening!

Is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

• logging out and back in
• clearing your browser/desktop app’s cache
• un-installing and re-installing the desktop app

@Mona_Talati Are they not showing up in your Recents tab? Do they show up in your Internal profile?

Hi Clara, Thank you for the response.
My files do appear on the Homescreen as well as in the Internal Profile Page.
But on clicking the file, Figma navigated to the file screen but the UI is blank and the file loading bar freezes on reaching around 80/85%. Please find the screen shot below for your reference.

I tried all the points 1 & 2 mentioned in your reply. The result remains unchaged. Figma still does not display my files.

I was working only on the browser so far. and now i dont see a link on the UI to download the desktop app.
