Is there any way to rename variants’ properties in bulk?
For example, I have many variants with the name “Property1=Large” in many different components, and I want to change them at once to “Size=Large.”
Like RenameIt plugin for variants.

There is a plug-in - Select by Name | Figma Community
It would do the trick for you.

Well, you can do it with the basic rename feature. Select layers you need to update, hit Cmd+R and in the top box type property name you want to change
