Smart animation between frames does not work in case of navigation using interactive comp

Summary
Smart animation does not work if navigation to current frame has been done by clicking on interactive component (e.g. button with hovering)

Conditions

  1. Two interactive tabs with hovering state → navigate by click to Tab 1 to Frame 1, Tab 2 to Frame 2
  2. Line under tab-header to be moved via smart animation

Steps to repeat

  1. Hover Tab 2 Button → Expected: Change state. Result: as expected
  2. Click on Tap 2 Button → Expected: Navigate to Frame 2. Line should slide according smart animation rule. Result:instant navigation

Comments:
For non-interactive navigation button smart animation works fine.
