Drag Interaction Not Behaving Right With Linked Item is Nested in a Group

1. Frame that includes circle and text, within a parent group
2. Link circle frame to another frame (smart animate)
3. Issue: you can not slowly drag item to animate to next frame. It automatically slides quickly.

Fix:

1. 1.Ungroup frame
2. Drag + smart animate now works fine as expected (slowly drag to next frame)
