I’ve created a prototype with an accordion shown here:
It works on my computer, but when someone else tries viewing the opened accordion it only shows the first line of text and nothing following.
I read some other posts about font issues and tried changing it to a generic one, but that hasn’t worked for me.

Could you confirm me a few points. Can you ask them if they are seeing any error message on their end? Is it happening in the browser, desktop app or both?

Also please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)
Also is it possible to share a screen recording with us what they’re seeing on their end to understand the issue better?
