Whenever I take mouse over the animation it automatically jumps to top page same with the Get Started button it jumps to top page Plzz help!

What do you want it to do? Currently you have ‘while hovering’ trigger set to the button. And because it has ‘smart animate’, it is jumping unexpectedly.
