What could be CSS of a text with outside stroke?

I have written a text in the banner and to make it visually appealing, I applied a 2px outside stroke to it.

Now I can’t find CSS for that. I don’t want to make it a shape due to SEO. The design is approved, I don’t want to change that either. Making it center or inside does not resolve the issue. SS attached.
