I had multiple people from an external agency gain access to my files without requesting or before I gave view only permission. One person claimed they just opened the file and they had editor access, and another had editor access hours before I received their view only access request email. This seems to be a major security flaw since I never shared anything with these people.
Has this happened to anyone else, and did it affect our billing and invoice? We’re a small company so we pay for additional editors individually.
