I’ve tried reaching out to the Figma sales team multiple times over the past few months, but so far, I haven’t received any replies. To be honest, I’m not even sure if my inquiry has been logged successfully. Our team is very keen to book a session to learn about the Professional and Organisation plans to determine the best option for us moving forward. Can someone please help? As it’s been months, we really need this to be sorted out as soon as possible.

Also, can you confirm if you contacted our support team or our sales team and can you please send me the form link you filled out? For questions regarding Professional and Organisation plans you can contact our support team via this form.
Sorry forgot to mention the ticket number in the previous post, it’s #1076417. Just for your reference, the last few times when I submitted the form on the pricing page, I did not receive any email auto-responders, so that’s why I was a bit uncertain if my request actually went through .
Hi Gayani, thank you for your prompt reply. I believe I submitted the form listed under the Organization plan on the pricing page - Plans & Pricing | Figma. I may have opened my ticket with another email address, Jxxxxx, but this would direct to the email address associated with my Figma account.

Hey @Jannie, no worries and thanks for confirming! You can contact the sales team, if you’re interested in the enterprise plan. But you’ve mentioned you’re interested in the organization plan so our support team will assist you here.
So I was able to find a support ticket ( #1076417) that came in today but it’s not sent from the email address you’ve mentioned. I’ve removed you email address from your previous text because this is a public space.

I’m in the same boat. My company is wanting to get Figma and FigJam for our team and I’ve been reaching out to sales to no avail. Could someone please get in touch? Legal will need to review the contract and I’ve so many other questions.

Thanks and I appreciate that your assistance with this, I think I already got some updates on that ticket, so hopefully it will be sorted soon !
I do have a tiny suggestion for the Pricing page. You mentioned that the support team will be able to assist with the organization plan, but the ‘contact sales’ button is right underneath the organisation plan’s Primary CTA which can be a bit confusing. Plus, I got no responses after filling out that form. Not sure if that’s why I didn’t receive any responses? Because I’m trying to contact sales team for the organization plan? I guess I won’t be the only one who is experiencing this, so maybe it’s worth bringing this up with the team and potentially updating the button label and form link for the organisation plan :).

I have tried to reach out to the sales team 3 or 4 times over the past month but have not yet received a response. Like another poster here, we have some questions about the terms prior to us signing up for the service. If you can put me in touch with someone, that would be very helpful!
