Touch Down + Touch Up [Not Working on Mobile Prototype]

Hi, touch down + touch up interaction does not work on mobile prototype (testing on Android). The touch down works but then when I touch up the interaction is not registered so I need to tap again on the target. I don’t think this is the intended functionality. Please fix. Thank you.
