The mail account who created the Figma file was deleted and anyone can access to the file

Hello

I had a master file with all my work from the last two years that I urgently need. The file was owned by my business email but I no longer have access to that email, in fact it has been deleted. I had access to that file with my personal email but it seems that the file has been deleted since the account that created it no longer exists. Please tell me there is a solution, it makes no sense for the entire file to be deleted if the email account that created the file is deleted.

Hi @David_Felipe - first, very sorry about the file loss. I did some digging, and I saw that you have/had a support ticket filed, and that you’ve been in contact with someone via email. It also looks like there may have been a solution.
