I am updating an old variant component with auto layout and component properties. The component has been used in artboards/designs where the text has been overridden by the designer. I would like to keep the overwritten text in the legacy boards unchanged when I update the component, however in one variant of the updated component, the old overridden text gets replaced by default text. (see attached where it says ‘Text Label’, Current component is on the left, update on the right).
All of the layers are consistent in the updated component, can anyone help and explain why this is happening to one variant?
