There might be a failed payment on the account, and hence why the team file might be locked. You will need to make the outstanding payment to regain access.
But you’ve mentioned your payment is due on July 18th, so I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via this form. Please share your file link with the team, so they can investigate why it has been blocked.
