I use the iOS app to mirror screens all the time. If I wrapped screens into a frame to group them together, you couldn’t select the screens to switch between what you were mirroring. I really like having sections in Figma design files now but you still can’t switch between individual screens when they are contained in a section. This means in most cases I won’t use the sections feature until this is changed.
