Scaled down Figma UI scales down prototypes as well. Is this intended? The attached screenshot was taken on a 13" macbook which usually displays a 1440 wide design at full width but with a scaled down UI (to 80% in this case) the prototype view shows it scaled as well.

This is currently the expected behavior of Figma. Changing the scale of the interface affects not only Presentation mode, but also your canvas in Design mode.
