Restore permanently deleted file

You are going to want to open a support ticket for this and “maybe” they can help you. But the word “permanent” is usually a thing. The forum is made up of users like you, not so much tech support.

Although, they do a good job of monitoring and responding! But I would advise opening a support ticket for more appropriate help. 👍
