"Recents" in Insert Component doesn't show local components

There seems to be a bug when you insert a component. The “Recents” view only shows components from other libraries, but no local component. Since I use them the most it is a quite annoying problem. This bug seems to exist since 2021.

Hi Community, when hitting Shift-I to open the “Insert component” window, the “Recently used” selector never shows the recently used local components but only recently used components from a library – at least for me. To access the local components a few clicks more are necessary. And when you insert local components using this window, they never show up under “Recently used” afterwards. Thanks for pointing out! I could reproduce the same behavior and it looks this has been a long-term behavior. I can’t be sure it’ll be implemented in the future but I’m sure I shared your feedback to the internal team.

I experience the same behaviour and I also find it annoying. I wish the panel would remember the previous state, which for me is often ‘local components’

Bumping this because it still happens and is EXTREMELY annoying. Any update on when this will be fixed?
