Hi
Some ‘view-only’ Figma users in my organisation can’t see or interact with comments. They don’t see the Figma tool bar in the top left of screen. Am I missing something ?

Hey Tim, users in your Org with can view access should still be able to see and reply to comments. Can you please confirm if they’re trying to access the file when logged into their Org account and/or if the share settings for the file allow for anyone at the Org to access?
