Provide more notice of scheduled maintenance (in-app banner, email blast, tweet, etc.)

If there is going to be scheduled maintenance, it would be awesome if we were informed at least 30-60 minutes before, in the app. Today I found there was one scheduled, but only by going to status.figma.com.

The only reason I did that is because the app stopped working and so I checked if it was down. I also didn’t realize I couldn’t reload tabs, so all my progress was halted.

Hear you on this one @c5inco - I’ve already pointed this out internally for future consideration, but leaving this open for others to provide thoughts + additional requests for outage notices (ex: email notice, tweet, etc.)

I’m going to slightly modify the title as well to include this more broadly.
