Suddenly, my professional student account asked to verify student status. I checked and the screen said it was verified but I still couldn’t access professional contact.

I see in our backend that you are part of multiple teams - one of which hasn’t been upgraded to the edu plan. Are you trying to create a file in this team’s space and encountering the message? (‘Professional team’)
If it is this team, you can find instructions on how to upgrade the team here and forward those to the team owner.
