Problem with black prototype :(

Hey Figma community! :wave: I’ve been having a bit of a hiccup with my prototypes lately. When I try to play them on both my cellphone and desktop web browser, everything turns pitch black. :scream: Strangely, my other projects are A-OK. I’ve tried the classic IT move - restarted everything, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck. Any seasoned Figma users encountered this mysterious blackout during prototyping? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated! :pray:

Sorry to hear you are having issue with the prototype. This seems odd, is this happening to a specific file or all files?

Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a direct link to the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permission so we can look into this further. Note that users with @figma.com emails on your team do not count towards your billing.
