Hey Figma community! I’ve been having a bit of a hiccup with my prototypes lately. When I try to play them on both my cellphone and desktop web browser, everything turns pitch black. Strangely, my other projects are A-OK. I’ve tried the classic IT move - restarted everything, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck. Any seasoned Figma users encountered this mysterious blackout during prototyping? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear you are having issue with the prototype. This seems odd, is this happening to a specific file or all files?

Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a direct link to the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permission so we can look into this further. Note that users with @figma.com emails on your team do not count towards your billing.
