I encountered a problem when trying to attach a link to a design from Figma to a task in JIRA. When I copy a link to a design located in a folder and paste it into JIRA, the error “Design not found” appears.
At the same time:
I can attach links to designs from the “Drafts” section.
Colleagues attach links from the same folders where I get the error without any problems.
We have the same access rights to these files and folders.
I checked the access settings, and they look correct.
I also tried:
Copying the link to the file and specific frames inside it.
Using a different browser and clearing the cache.
Checking the file for availability via “Share”.
Unfortunately, nothing helped.
