Pixel ruler is not aligned with pixel grid

As described on the title. The pixel numbers going down the Y ruler don’t align with the pixels on the artboard as shown in the image. This is causing all sorts of issues.
What is going on?

Hey All, sorry for the trouble and delayed reply!

This usually happens when your frame/artboard is not placed on whole x and/or y pixels. To prevent this from happening, be sure to turn on Snap to pixel grid.
