I find myself using “Nudge Amount” very often, and it’s not quite efficient as I have to switch it very often. I was thinking it would be perfect to have the nudge amount settings per page.

This is a very important improvement, but i feel like the better approach would be to have customized keyboard shortcuts to each nudge rather than a setting per page.
It depends on the use case, I can easily think of downsides for both cases, but perhaps they can be merged:
The Nudge Settings panel can be like variables panel, where you set an amount and assign it to a hotkey. Furthermore the Small Nudge and Big Nudge settings can be the default cannot-be-deleted “variables”.
