I’ve just taken a closer look at Notion’s guide on embeds, the issue may be: if you paste a link into Notion that does not support link previews, such as with an embedded link, you’ll need to provide individual access to the file, or for that file to be publicly available for you to see it in Notion.
Can you check please? If you are still running into issue, can you add support-share@figma.com to the file your teammate want to share as an editor (this won’t affect your billing at all) and send through a link by filling this form: here. Our team can check this out!
