I do have still the same issue, regardless which network i am connected. any ideas here???
Hi Thomas - sorry for any trouble. First, I’ve split your response from the older topic you responded to into this new one.
If you have not already, please review this page. There are some suggestions on what to try and troubleshoot there. Also, just a quick note to try uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app, if that is the place the error is occurring.
If nothing listed above seems to help, can you please provide info from your end, including:
-Your MacOS version
-The specific error message[s] you are receiving (if there are any)
-If this is happening on both desktop app and Figma in a web browser
-If you are using a VPN
