Mouses horizontal wheel for horizontal scroll

Make horizontal scroll works with mouses that have horizontal wheel.

Currently, if you have a MX Master 3 mouse, for example, the horizontal wheel doesn’t work for horizontal scroll on Figma.

Please, just make it work. That’s highly intuitive user espectation.
