Please check your inbox for the invitation and click on the link provided in the email to access the file.
If you’ve encountered a situation where the file disappeared after opening it in your new account, do you happen to have the URL of the missing file?
You may try retrieving the URL from:
Your web browser’s history
Previous shared conversations
The ‘File > Recently Closed’ menu if you’re using the desktop app.
If none of the above helps, you could also consider restoring access to your old account to check the file in question.
Have you set up email forwarding from the old address to a new one that you can access? If so, the next step would be to reset your password and update your email address accordingly. You can find more information here: Manage email address or password
If email forwarding isn’t set up, our support team can assist with manually updating your email address in your Figma account through a verification process.

Ok, so, I had a first FIGMA account, which I’ve created back in the days with my previous job email address… My mistake…
It was my private account, not a company account.
The board which is now missing, I’ve shared it with my current account that I’m using now, since I’ve changed job.
I cannot find the email invitation.
I have the link of the board but then I have an error to open it…
There is no forwarding emails from the old to my current…
I really need to have this board back… So I’m ready to try anything possible
