Question

Migrating Multiple Accounts' Jamboard Files

First question, does the Figma team address support if I only have a starter account? I just wrote a whole long paragraph there and I do NOT want to write it all over again here.

But if they won’t respond to me, so then in summary, I have 2 Google accounts, and both of them have Jamboard files. I would like to transfer both of them to Figma before the end of the year. So I clicked “Import>Add Jamboard Files>Google Account Login” for the first account and it was successful. Now I still have my second account, and I again clicked “Import>Add Jamboard Files” but now it only shows my linked account. I don’t have an option to connect another account there. Is there a button I missed? I also am not open to transferring the files to the currently linked account, as there are too many files and I have to ask for the permission of many other people(which is time consuming and hard). Also, if I export my Jams from Google Drive, they are saved as a PDF file which makes it lose its editability when imported. Is there a work around in this? What should I do to save my files?
