Latest version of Figma application can't be opened in Mac

Hi, so I have this message in shown on top of my desktop app which is asking me to download the latest version of the Figma app. So I downloaded it and installed it but it shows this message: The application “Figma” can’t be opened.

And now I can’t revert to the older version since the download link from Figma is the latest version that I can’t use.

If the latest Figma app won’t open, uninstall it completely and clear leftover files (e.g., AppData on Windows or Library on macOS). Then, download an older version from Figma’s Release Notes and install it.
