Keyboard shortcut for go to main component

Previously you could map a keyboard shortcut for Go to main component in library but that menu option now appears to be missing, thus breaking the keyboard shortcut set up in macOS system settings. Now the only way to get to the main component is via a context menu in the canvas or clicking the button on the right panel. Neither of which is mappable to a keyboard shortcut.

This post was solved with the keyboard shortcut until that menu item was removed.

It seems dumb but I honestly used that keyboard shortcut every day and it will be sorely missed.

Thanks to your post, I finally know why the shortcut doesn’t work all of a sudden.
It’s not dumb at all and it’s a very uncomfortable change…

I ran into this issue as well, now my shortcut does not work and cannot change it to anything. I need this to be fast and productive.

I cannot understand why Figma doesn’t do a proper UI for mapping ANYTHING to ANY keyboard shortcut. They work on videos, figjam… But we need to work in Figma!

I also used that shortcut (which I set up through keyboard settings on mac) every day. Now I have to go through right-click menu which isn’t effective at all. Will they give this option back at least to the global menu?
