Issues in transfering a project and upgrading

our designer transfered the project she made to our team

she’s not the owner anymore (she’s not even listed on the file anymore)

we upgraded to get the DEV functionality

but we are still told that we have to ask her to upgrade

Thanks for reaching out. From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you’re trying to access a file in a different team. You’re logged into SalesForza but trying to access a file in Matea. In this case, all users need Edit access to use Dev Mode in the SalesForza team.
