Is there a way to specify poster frame/keyframe in the video

I’m trying to transition from Keynote to Figma. My presentation has a few videos so when exporting the presentation as a PDF, these videos appear as blank screens or blurry images. There is an option in PowerPoint and Keynote to set a specific poster frame. Is there such feature within Figma?
