Hi! In my team we use emojis for project names a lot, and we love that, but we miss being able to order the projects alphabetically when they start with an emoji 😔
Perhaps they could be ignored when sorting?

I actually like how emojis are part of the ordering (and definitely use it to organize my files) but I can understand OP’s case as well. Would be nice to offer this as a setting rather than default for everybody.

Ignore emoji and recognise the first word, symbols should still remain higher such as _ or .
Agree with this. Adding emojis at the front is very common. This would be a nice Little Big Update
