I’m looking to upgrade my plan, but it’s currently locked, and I’m unable to make the payment at the moment

I previously subscribed but deactivated the plan for a few reasons. After some time, the file was locked. I tried to reactivate the plan, but I’m unable to make the payment at the moment. Even though I’ve entered my payment information and attempted the payment, no amount has been deducted from my account, and I haven’t received any confirmation. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi Team, I am facing the same issue of not getting the payment processed and the file is locked and I need immediate access to the file. This is the ticket (ticket #1102810). Please help asap. Also someone should find a permanent solution to this problem
